Malin is hiring a Corporate Recruiter – Field Service Technicians to lead full-cycle recruiting across Texas and Louisiana. The role emphasizes proactive sourcing via Indeed and other boards, targeting mechanics, diesel techs, and other tech backgrounds.

The position starts onsite in Addison, TX, with a future move to a hybrid work arrangement. The candidate will partner with Field Service Managers to meet hiring needs and build strong pipelines for high-volume roles.

Qualifications

• Seven to ten years of progressive recruiting experience.
• Full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, prescreening, interviewing, offers, and follow-through.
• Experience recruiting for technician/technical roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for Field Service Technicians across multiple locations.
• Heavily source candidates using Indeed and other boards.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Partner with Field Service Managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.
• Conduct prescreens to assess mechanical background and fit.
• Coordinate interviews, offers, and pre-employment steps.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Communicate effectively with candidates and managers throughout the process.
• Build partnerships with schools, referrals, and community organizations.
