Farnsworth Group is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full-lifecycle hiring for growing engineering practices in the Midwest. This role emphasizes proactive sourcing, talent pipelines, and close collaboration with hiring managers to align role requirements and salary expectations.

Based in Phoenix, AZ with a hybrid work arrangement, the position requires strong communication, organization, and closing skills to deliver high-quality hires in a fast-paced technical environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field or equivalent.
• Typically 5–7 years of full-lifecycle recruiting in fast-paced agency or technical setting.
• Hands-on proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and high-volume direct outreach.
• Ability to gather search requirements and build consultative relationships with managers.
• Strong closing skills, including salary discussions and offers.
• Familiarity with ATS and standard office tools (MS 365, Teams).
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management; self-starter mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own full-lifecycle recruitment for engineering and technical roles, with high urgency and accountability.
• Lead proactive outbound sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and direct networking.
• Build discipline-specific talent pipelines for sustainable hiring.
• Partner with hiring managers through intake sessions to define role requirements and salary targets.
• Set interview communication SLAs and guide candidates through interviews and offers.
• Manage offer closing, including discussions and counter-offers.
• Coordinate with HR Coordinators for scheduling, pre-hire logistics, and onboarding handoff.
• Maintain ATS accuracy and reliable pipeline tracking.
