Job summary

Anduril Industries in Washington, DC (preferred), with flexibility for Costa Mesa, Seattle, or Boston, seeks a Senior Recruiter for Business Development to own full-cycle recruiting across BD, Government Relations, and Program Management. Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of full-cycle recruiting in fast-paced environments.
• Direct experience recruiting within BD, capture, proposals, government relations, program management, or adjacent growth functions—defense preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent searches across different functions while maintaining quality.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to advise, calibrate, and build trust with hiring managers across levels.
• Data-informed mindset: you track pipeline metrics and market intelligence to influence decisions.
• Clear, effective communication with candidates and hiring teams; ability to build rapport across BD disciplines.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting across Business Development, Government Relations, and Program Management, with flex capacity into adjacent Growth hiring during peak periods.
• Develop sourcing strategies tailored to each sub-function, recognizing differences in pipelines (e.g., capture vs. govt relations).
• Conduct screens that assess depth, knowledge, and fit, with calibration to each search.
• Manage the interview process from intake through close: calibrate with hiring managers, prepare interview panels, facilitate debriefs, and drive offers to signature.
• Maintain ATS/CRM data integrity to support reporting, capacity planning, and analytics.
• Collaborate with the broader Talent Acquisition team to share market intelligence, sourcing strategies, and best practices across Growth and BD.
