Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Senior Recruiter for Business Development to own full-cycle recruiting across BD, Government Relations, and Program Management from our US offices (Seattle, DC, Costa Mesa, Boston). You will partner with hiring managers, design sourcing strategies, and guide candidates through a rigorous, high-stakes process.

You’ll need 5–8+ years of full-cycle recruiting in fast-growth or defense-related fields, strong stakeholder management, and a data-driven approach to building

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-paced environments.
• Direct experience recruiting within business development, capture, proposals, government relations, or related growth functions (defense/aerospace preferred).
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence hiring managers across levels.
• Data-informed mindset: track pipeline metrics and market intelligence to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting across BD, Government Relations, and Program Management, with flex capacity into adjacent Growth searches.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies tailored to each sub-function within BD disciplines.
• Conduct screens to assess depth, fit, and candidate quality; manage the interview process through close and offers.
