TRUMPF Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for technical and corporate roles across North America.

The role blends hands-on sourcing with data-driven recruiting and stakeholder coaching to design talent strategies and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. Qualifications

• 8+ years full-cycle recruitment experience in manufacturing/engineering/tech or B2B environments.
• Hands-on ATS experience, preferably Workday Recruiting.
• Strong data fluency and KPI-driven recruiting.
• Experience with compliance and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for specialist to mid-senior level roles across NA.
• Partner with hiring managers to design talent strategies and improve KPIs.
• Manage Workday Recruiting processes with global team support.
• Design proactive sourcing strategies and employer-branding campaigns.
• Mentor junior recruiters and support capability building.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and local employment laws.
• Lead special projects and provide data-driven insights.
