Job summary

Benchmark is seeking a Recruiter for Corporate & Strategic Sourcing in a role that blends corporate recruiting with targeted community sourcing. You will own end-to-end searches, build relationships with candidates and hiring leaders, and proactively source talent for hard-to-fill roles in our communities.

The position focuses on corporate office recruitment across multiple functions, and on creating focused pipelines for community roles as needs arise.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years in full-cycle recruiting with proactive sourcing.
• Experience recruiting corporate roles across multiple functions.
• Strong sourcing skills and direct outreach to passive candidates.
• Experience in healthcare, hospitality, senior living, or frontline environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting for corporate office positions across functions such as Operations, Finance, HR, Marketing, Sales, and other support teams.
• Source, screen, interview, coordinate the hiring process, support offer decisions, and stay close to candidates through acceptance.
• Provide leadership market feedback on candidate availability, pay expectations, and search challenges.
• Build targeted candidate lists and pipelines for recurring needs.
• Use LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, direct outreach, and other sourcing tools to reach candidates who may not be actively applying.
