Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a Senior Recruiter, Corporate & Strategic Sourcing to drive end-to-end recruitment for our corporate offices and to provide focused sourcing for hard-to-fill community roles in Massachusetts. You will partner with leaders to define roles, build talent pools, and guide candidates from first contact to offer.

The role emphasizes direct outreach to passive candidates, strong stakeholder collaboration, and leveraging AI-enabled sourcing to build robust pipelines

Qualifications

• 7+ years of recruiting experience, including full-cycle recruiting.
• Experience recruiting professional or corporate roles across several functions.
• Strong sourcing skills and comfort reaching out directly to passive candidates.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting for corporate office positions across functions including Operations, Finance, HR, Marketing, Sales and support teams.
• Proactively find and contact qualified candidates for hard-to-fill, leadership, or business-critical community roles.
• Build targeted candidate lists and pipelines for recurring needs.
• Use multiple sourcing tools to reach candidates who may not be actively applying.
