Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a Recruiter, Corporate & Strategic Sourcing to build and accelerate our talent pipelines for corporate office teams. You will manage end-to-end searches, partnering with hiring leaders to understand needs, and proactively source for hard-to-fill roles across functions.

You will leverage AI in sourcing, expand networks, and maintain strong candidate relationships while delivering a positive candidate experience and timely offers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of recruiting experience including full-cycle recruiting and proactive sourcing.
• Experience recruiting professional or corporate roles across several functions.
• Strong sourcing skills and comfort reaching out directly to passive candidates.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate recruiting for Benchmark’s office roles across functions such as Operations, Finance, HR, Marketing, Sales and support teams.
• Source, screen, interview, coordinate hiring process, support offer decisions, and guide candidates through acceptance.
• Provide market feedback on candidate availability, pay expectations, and search challenges.
• Balance multiple searches and collaborate with HR, Operations, and hiring leaders.
