Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a Recruiter, Corporate & Strategic Sourcing to build talent for its corporate offices and frontline communities. You will manage end-to-end searches, partner with leaders, and proactively source for hard-to-fill roles.

You will collaborate across functions, leverage AI-based methods in sourcing, and drive a high-quality candidate experience while expanding pipelines for essential roles in the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of recruiting experience, including full-cycle recruiting and proactive sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting for corporate office positions across functions (Operations, Finance, HR, Marketing, Sales, and other support teams).
• Source, screen, interview, coordinate the hiring process, support offer decisions, and stay close to candidates through acceptance.
• Provide leadership market feedback on candidate availability and pay expectations.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, and Operations leaders to identify community roles needing extra recruiting support.
• Build targeted candidate lists and pipelines for recurring needs.
• Use LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, direct outreach, and other sourcing tools to reach candidates, including passive candidates.
• Balance multiple searches and work with recruiters, HR, and leaders without extra handoffs.
• Represent Benchmark well in candidate conversations and build productive relationships.
