Job summary

Verkada is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to partner with Software Engineering leaders, sourcing, recruiting, and closing talented engineers. You will own the full recruitment process, build strong pipelines, and craft effective strategies to deliver a high-quality candidate experience.

This role is based in the Bay Area, with a preference for candidates located in or willing to relocate to San Mateo, CA.

Qualifications

5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
Experience recruiting Software Engineering talent across backend, full-stack, infrastructure, or other technical disciplines.
Strong ability to build trusted relationships and influence hiring decisions through collaboration.

Responsibilities

Own the full-cycle recruiting process for Software Engineering roles, including sourcing, screening, process management, and closing.
Partner with Software Engineering leaders and hiring managers to understand needs and develop recruiting strategies.
Build and maintain pipelines through proactive sourcing and engagement on LinkedIn and other platforms.
Recruit across a range of Engineering roles and levels, from ICs through Manager+.
