Theori, a global leader in offensive security, is building its North American recruiting function. We’re hiring our first in-house Senior Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting across sales, marketing, operations, and engineering, from intake through day one.

You’ll set up process, tooling, and hiring manager habits to hire fast while keeping bar high. You’ll thrive if you’ve built recruiting at an early-stage company, can move fast without lowering standards, and can discuss security research

Competenze

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including in-house at a venture-backed startup.
• Experience hiring GTM roles (AE, SE, BDR, marketing) in B2B software.
• Strong direct sourcing skills with outbound hires.
• Hands-on experience with ATS; Ashby preferred.
• Comfortable handling high volumes across functions without compromising candidate experience.
• Clear, direct written communication with candidates and hiring managers.

Mansioni

• Own full-cycle recruiting for North American roles from intake to signed offer.
• Run intake with hiring managers to define profile, scorecard, and interview loop.
• Source and screen candidates directly, focusing on sales, SE, and technical marketing.
• Run Ashby as the system of record and report time-to-fill and pass-through rates.
• Coordinate interview loops, keep candidates informed, manage offers to close.
• Manage agencies and search partners when needed.
• Write and maintain recruiting SOPs: intake, interview loops, offers.
• Handoff from signed offer to day one: onboarding setup and access requests.
