Finch is hiring a Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring across technical and non-technical teams as we scale. This role reports to the co-founder and COO and collaborates with founders, executives, and hiring managers across Engineering, Product, Sales, and more.

The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, builds scalable recruiting processes, and has a deep curiosity for how great teams are built. Hybrid work with SF/NYC offices.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth startups.
• Proven success hiring for technical and GTM roles across multiple departments.
• Experience building or improving recruiting operations, pipelines, and interview processes.
• Data-driven mindset with trackable metrics to optimize outcomes.
• Excellent communicator and relationship builder with candidates and internal teams.
• Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and builds structure in evolving environments.
• Excited to work directly with founders and senior leadership to shape Finch’s team.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to closing across technical and non-technical roles.
• Partner with founders and executives to shape hiring strategy and top-of-funnel priorities.
• Build, refine, and scale recruiting processes for speed and quality.
• Track and report on hiring metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, candidate experience).
• Manage 5–6 concurrent searches per quarter across departments.
• Advise hiring managers on job descriptions, interview rubrics, and closing strategies.
• Leverage Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter, Talentwall, and Gem to identify top talent.
• Champion Finch’s culture and values in every interaction.
