Job summary

Bennett & Pless, Inc. in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting across Engineering, BIM/CAD, and Corporate Administration. You will own the process from intake to offer, partnering with hiring leaders to define needs and execute sourcing strategies.

You will collaborate with the Sr. Talent Manager and HR partners to bring top talent to the organization, engaging passive candidates and refining the recruitment approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, communications, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 8+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience including full-cycle recruiting.
• 3+ years of recruiting engineers or other technical/professional talent.
• Experience proactively identifying passive candidates and building relationships.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, ATS platforms, referrals, market mapping, and other sourcing strategies.
• Ability to communicate company culture and opportunities to attract top talent.
• Strong business acumen and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies for passive candidates across Engineering, BIM/CAD, and Corporate Administration.
• Own full recruiting process from intake through offer acceptance including screening, interviews, and closing.
• Partner with Sr. Talent Manager and hiring leaders to align on role needs and market conditions.
