• Ability to source proactively and engage candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and drive candidates through a process.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for Building Controls roles, from intake to offer.
• Meet with hiring managers to define role requirements, compensation, location and travel.
• Build talent maps and use sourcing channels to generate candidate flow.
• Screen candidates for technical alignment, fit, compensation, and travel readiness.
• Present qualified candidates with notes on fit and next steps; drive timely interviewing and feedback.
