Qualifications

• Experience recruiting technical, skilled-trade, field, engineering, construction, operations, or other hard-to-fill roles.
• Proactively source and engage candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and drive candidates through a structured process.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system to manage pipelines (Lever).

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for Building Controls roles from intake through offer.
• Screen candidates for technical alignment, role fit, compensation expectations, and travel readiness.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with clear notes on fit and next steps.
• Drive timely interview scheduling, feedback collection, and decision-making to keep candidates moving.
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience with clear communication and accurate data in Lever.
