Job summary

Bennett & Pless, Inc. is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting across Engineering, BIM/CAD, and Corporate Administration teams at Bennett & Pless and BPL. You will own the recruiting process from intake to offer and partner with hiring leaders to align talent strategy with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• 8+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• 3+ years of recruiting engineers or other technical/professional talent.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
• Proven ability to engage passive candidates and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across Engineering, BIM/CAD, and Corporate Administration teams.
• Partner with hiring leaders to understand needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Coordinate screening, interviews, offers, and pre-employment activities.
• Maintain ATS records and provide pipeline analytics for leadership.
