Job summary

Holder Construction is seeking a Recruiter to join our HR team at the Atlanta, GA office. This is a full-time, in-person role focused on delivering a high-touch candidate experience and building strong partnerships with hiring managers across construction and professional services.

You will own the full recruiting lifecycle, develop innovative sourcing strategies, nurture proactive pipelines, and coach teams on interviews and offers to ensure competitive, equitable hires while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience sourcing and hiring talent in competitive markets.
• Strong partnership with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Greenhouse or similar ATS and sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting with a high-touch candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to define talent profiles and recruiting strategies.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using networking, referrals, social media, and talent communities.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for current and future needs, focusing on hard-to-fill roles.
• Assess candidates for technical fit, culture, and potential.
• Coach teams on interview best practices, engagement, and offers.
