Qualifications

• Experience leading full-cycle recruiting across commercial, finance, operations, leadership, and technical roles.
• Experience in high-growth startups or scaling organizations.
• Strong proactive sourcing and talent relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for commercial, finance, operations, leadership, and technical positions from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Partner with executive leadership and hiring managers to develop hiring strategies, define talent profiles, and improve processes as the organization scales.
• Build high-quality candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, referrals, networking, and creative talent attraction strategies.
• Coach hiring managers on structured interviewing, hiring best practices, and efficient decision-making while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
• Track recruiting metrics, optimize hiring funnels, and leverage recruiting technology to improve speed, quality, and operational effectiveness.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by representing the organization with professionalism in a competitive market.
