Job summary

Axiom Space, a leader in commercial human spaceflight, seeks a Senior Recruiter to identify, attract, and hire top talent across aerospace engineering, manufacturing, program management, and leadership. You will partner with cross-functional teams to build high‑performing groups that support mission‑critical programs.

Ideal candidates have a track record in sourcing technical talent, strong process discipline, and a passion for space.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
2+ years of experience in high-tech manufacturing or advanced engineering environments (or equivalent).
Experience with applicant tracking systems and AI sourcing tools; Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruitment for engineering, operations, technical and corporate roles.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract specialized talent, including niche aerospace skill sets.
Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and long-term talent plans.
Develop and manage candidate pipelines for high-demand roles such as flight software engineers, avionics specialists, program managers, and systems engineers.
Conduct behavioral and technical screening to assess qualifications and fit.
Ensure compliance with OFCCP, export-control and relevant regulations.
