Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in aerospace tech or high-tech manufacturing recruiting.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and modern AI sourcing tools.
• Strong ability to manage fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for engineering, operations, technical and corporate roles.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract specialized talent, including niche aerospace skill sets.
• Build partnerships with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and long-term talent plans.
• Develop and manage candidate pipelines for high-demand roles such as flight software engineers, avionics, program managers, and systems engineers.
• Conduct behavioral and technical screening to assess qualifications and fit.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and industry-specific hiring regulations (OFCCP, export controls).
• Drive employer branding initiatives to strengthen presence in aerospace tech talent markets.
• Use data and analytics to track recruiting performance and refine processes.
• Represent the company at industry events and career fairs to build talent networks.
• Apply agile project management methods throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform additional job duties as assigned.
