Job summary

CRB is seeking a Sr. Recruiter to fuel company growth by recruiting top industry talent and screening for technical and cultural fit.

This role supports end-to-end recruiting across roles, partners with hiring managers, and maintains robust candidate pipelines to meet CRB’s hiring goals. Qualified candidates will have 4+ years in recruiting (AEC and/or life sciences/pharma preferred), excellent communication, and proficiency with ATS, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in recruiting.
• AEC and/or life sciences/pharma recruiting experience highly preferred.
• Experience managing multiple candidates or requisitions simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring teams, and stakeholders.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end recruiting process for all roles, including candidate screening, interviewing, and offer support.
• Manage candidate experience and logistics, including interview scheduling and communication.
• Partner with hiring teams to align on role needs and guide hiring decisions.
• Track and manage candidate pipelines and requisitions, ensuring data accuracy and KPI alignment.
