Madison Davis is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our Accounting & Finance Temporary Staffing team in New York. You will move quickly to source, screen, and place accounting and finance professionals into temporary, contract, and consulting roles with our clients.

In this fast-paced, metrics-driven role, you will build a robust candidate pipeline, manage multiple active searches, and partner with account managers to meet client needs while focusing on quality and speed to placement.

Competenze

• 4+ years of staffing agency recruiting experience, ideally within Accounting & Finance.
• Ability to manage a high-volume recruiting desk and multiple active searches simultaneously.
• Strong sourcing and candidate-generation skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven staffing environment.

• Recruit Accounting & Finance professionals for temporary, contract, and consulting opportunities.
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing and outreach through screening, interview coordination, offer management, onboarding, and start.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates across Accounting & Finance skill sets.
• Partner with Account Managers and Business Development to understand client requirements and priorities.
