Madison Davis is expanding its Technology practice in New York City and seeks a Senior Technical Recruiter to place technology professionals on contract and consulting engagements. You will work with Technology sales and recruiting teams, managing full-cycle recruitment across Software Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, Cybersecurity, Data, Infrastructure, and PM roles.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of agency recruiting experience in contract technology staffing.
• Track record of placing IT professionals in financial services, banking, or enterprise environments.
• Strong sourcing capabilities and knowledge of technical skill sets.
• Experience managing multiple active searches and collaborating with sales teams.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with production focus and results orientation.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for contract and consulting roles in technology.
• Source, engage, and place software engineers, cloud, devops, cybersecurity, data, infra, and PM professionals.
• Partner with Account Managers and Business Development to support clients and new opportunities.
• Build and maintain candidate networks for current and future openings.
• Handle multiple searches while maintaining high candidate engagement and fast delivery.
• Coordinate screenings, interviews, salary negotiations, and onboarding processes.
• Identify contractor extensions, redeployments, and long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve delivery and identify market trends.
