You will develop business with CFOs, finance leaders and HR, targeting financial services firms, CPA practices, and corporate finance departments. A proven sales track record is preferred.

Qualifications

• Accounting & Finance staffing, recruiting, or professional-services business-development experience.
• Proven record of winning new client relationships.
• Existing relationships with Finance leaders or hiring managers strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of permanent search and professional staffing.
• Strong relationship-development, negotiation, and closing ability.

Responsibilities

• Develop Accounting & Finance staffing and search business.
• Build relationships with CFOs, Controllers, CAOs, Finance executives, HR leaders, and Talent Acquisition.
• Target Financial Services organizations, CPA firms, and corporate Accounting & Finance departments.
• Generate permanent searches and additional staffing opportunities.
• Expand existing Madison-Davis client relationships into Finance and Accounting functions.
• Conduct client discovery meetings and develop long-term account strategies.
• Work closely with recruiters to deliver against client searches.
• Maintain consistent prospecting, pipeline development, and Salesforce activity.
