Job summary

Barry-Wehmiller Design Group in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to lead full life-cycle recruitment for engineering markets. You will partner with practice leaders and travel as needed to build strong candidate pipelines and ensure timely staffing across multiple disciplines.

You will collaborate with executives and technical experts to forecast needs, identify passive candidates, and uphold compliance with employment regulations while delivering high-quality solutions to clients

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting and sourcing experience in a corporate or agency environment.
• 4+ years recruiting engineering and technical professionals.
• Extensive experience with recruiting techniques and employment nomenclature.
• Experience with current sourcing techniques, and a successful record of placing high quality professionals.
• Willingness to travel periodically to support business needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full desk as a full life-cycle recruiter across multiple engineering markets.
• Consult and support leadership in identifying prospective talent.
• Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and leadership teams to forecast staffing needs.
• Identify passive and active candidates via job boards, social media, resume databases, networking, and referrals.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal employment regulations.
