Job summary

Barry-Wehmiller Design Group is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to join our team and support engineering and construction disciplines across multiple markets. You will own full life-cycle recruiting, partner with practice leaders, and help shape workforce planning and talent pipelines.

You will use active and passive sourcing, build relationships with hiring managers, and ensure compliance with regulations while delivering speed-to-market staffing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years recruiting and sourcing in corporate or agency environments.
• 4+ years recruiting engineering/technical professionals.
• Experience with current sourcing techniques and employment nomenclature.
• Proven track record placing high quality professionals.
• Ability to identify passive candidates and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full desk as a full life-cycle recruiter across multiple engineering markets.
• Consult and support leadership in identifying prospective talent.
• Develop relationships with hiring managers to forecast and plan staffing initiatives.
• Identify passive and active candidates through job boards, social media, resumes, events, referrals.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal employment regulations.
• Research market trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Lead multiple recruiting projects with minimal supervision.
• Reinvent our A/E Construction recruitment strategy for speed-to-market and high-volume needs.
• Partner with Architecture and Engineering Construction leaders to align recruitment with project needs and growth.
• Make an impact by strengthening client and team relationships.
