Senior Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter for a 12-week engagement starting in July. You will support our fast-paced hiring efforts by sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates across various roles and levels—from early-career to VP-level.

What You Will Do

• Partner with the Head of Talent and hiring managers to understand role requirements
• Manage sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines across departments
• Screen and evaluate candidates for fit and alignment with our mission and values
• Ensure a positive candidate experience
• Use recruiting tools to track and report candidate progress

About You

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a recruiter in healthcare technology or high-growth environments
• Success in sourcing and screening candidates across levels and functions
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently remotely with a sense of urgency
• Experience with ATS systems, preferably Greenhouse
