Senior Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to join our team for a 12-week engagement starting in July. You’ll support our fast-paced hiring efforts by owning sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement across various roles and levels—from early-career professionals to VP-level hires.

What You Will Do

• Partner with the Head of Talent and hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Manage sourcing strategies to build high-quality talent pipelines across departments including product, engineering, client services, operations, and go-to-market teams.
• Screen and evaluate candidates for fit, experience, and alignment with Annexus Health’s mission and values.
• Ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience throughout the process.
• Use recruiting tools and platforms to track, communicate, and report on candidate progress.

About You

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a recruiter in healthcare technology or high-growth environments.
• Success in sourcing and screening candidates across multiple levels and functions.
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a sense of urgency and accountability.
• Experience with ATS systems, with Greenhouse highly preferred.
