CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our Corporate Human Resources Team, working remotely.

YOUR IMPACT

Our corporate support teams provide vital services across various functions including finance, legal, marketing, business development, HR, IT, and operations. The Senior Recruiter plays a critical role in supporting CHA's growth by consulting with hiring managers, developing sourcing strategies, and conducting candidate interviews. This role also involves representing CHA as a brand ambassador, ensuring a top-tier candidate experience, and leveraging various sourcing tools and methods.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a technical environment, including hiring engineers, designers, scientists, architects, and project managers
• At least 5 years in high-volume, targeted geographic or technical recruiting
• Experience recruiting in the A/E/C industry is highly desirable
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, with an average requisition load of 25 positions, and adapt to new systems and methods
• Experience sourcing for hard-to-fill technical engineering roles
• Proven success with sourcing talent via social media and other tools, ensuring qualified candidates are thoroughly vetted
• Experience managing data, reporting, and utilizing tracking systems effectively
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (iCMS preferred)
• Knowledge of OFCCP compliance and outreach/reporting requirements
• Experience managing recruiting teams

SALARY RANGE

$105,000 - $126,000. Salary is based on qualifications, experience, education, licenses, training, and industry standards.
