Job summary

Cielo is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own the recruitment cycle, serve as a brand ambassador for clients, and provide consultative guidance to hiring leaders.

You will mentor recruiters and teammates, lead intake meetings, develop sourcing strategies, evaluate candidates, keep applicants informed, and help shape offers with market data and compensation guidance. This role will require collaboration across stakeholders and a proactive approach to talent acquisition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, HR or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Significant recruiting experience in corporate, RPO, or agency settings.
• Familiarity with ATS and social media recruiting tools.
• Knowledge of HR principles, practices and metrics related to talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.
• Evaluate candidate profiles against position requirements and deliver strong candidate slates, while building talent pipelines.
• Keep candidates engaged throughout the process with timely updates on their progress.
• Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details, using market data and compensation guidelines to support recommendations.
• Mentor Recruiters and other team members.
