Ladders is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own full-cycle recruitment for go-to-market and R&D teams, with a focus on sourcing, candidate engagement, and closing top talent. You will partner with hiring managers to shape search strategy and improve hiring velocity while delivering an outstanding candidate experience across concurrent searches.

The role is remote within the United States with no visa sponsorship.

• Extensive full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in B2B SaaS go-to-market roles.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Recruiter to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space.

This role will own full-cycle recruiting for go-to-market and R&D hiring, with a strong emphasis on sourcing, candidate engagement, and closing high-quality talent. You will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to shape search strategy, improve hiring velocity, and create an excellent candidate experience across multiple concurrent searches. The ideal candidate brings a data-informed, relationship-driven approach to recruiting in a fast-moving environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually
