Contract Duration : 12+ Months
Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of technical recruiting experience in a corporate environment.
Previous staffing experience and ability to work in a fast paced manual environment.
Must be able to handle high volume and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Expertise recruiting for data professionals, Java developers, and other technical talent.
Strong scheduling experience and candidate tracking experience.
Experience interacting with senior-level managers and directors.
Proven ability to hit the ground running and to be very responsive.
Responsive with good follow-up and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strongly prefer Financial Services industry experience.
Equipped to successfully work remotely including personal computer, dual monitors, and reliable high-speed internet access.
What You Will Be Doing
Primarily focus on filling hundreds of full-time / permanent technical positions
Will work with select suppliers to coordinate the interviewing and hiring of positions within a set Business Unit
Will work directly with senior-level hiring managers, including Directors and Managing Directors
Sourcing candidates for various technical positions
Screening resumes to identify qualified candidates
Scheduling and conducting interviews
Making job offers to selected candidates
