Job summary

FIFTEEN WEST in New York is seeking a Senior Recruiter for our Technology practice. You will generate new candidates against client requirements, attend meetings, and stay ahead of market conditions to deliver top talent.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years Rec-2-Rec experience.
• Experience in recruitment-to-recruitment or equivalent within technology domains.

Responsibilities

• Generate new candidates against existing client requirements.
• Facilitate and attend client meetings.
• Stay abreast of market conditions to identify opportunities.
• Offer strategic and practical solutions to client problems.
• Present findings to clients in a concise and clear manner.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with delivery teams.
