Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group in Englewood, Colorado seeks a Senior Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate, administrative, and operational roles. The role partners with hiring managers to identify talent needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in proactive sourcing, candidate assessments, and coordinating the interview and closing process, while maintaining clear ATS records and strong relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• Previous recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or related human resources experience.
• Experience managing multiple open positions within a fast-paced recruiting environment.
• Demonstrated experience proactively sourcing both active and passive candidates.
• Strong interviewing, screening, and candidate assessment skills.
• Ability to build productive relationships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Adjust sourcing strategies as needed based on candidate availability and hiring progress.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruiting process.
• Coordinate offers and partner with internal stakeholders through the closing process.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information within the applicant tracking system.
• Develop strong relationships with internal business partners to anticipate ongoing and future hiring needs.

Job Description: The Senior Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting while partnering closely with hiring managers to identify talent needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
