Job summary

11 Investments is expanding its Austin presence and seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead candidate delivery and client engagement in GTM markets. Hybrid role, focusing on generating leads, building relationships, and delivering high-quality hiring outcomes across multiple brands.

You will drive candidate networks, manage processes end-to-end, and work closely with clients to maximise opportunities and revenue growth in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a network of GTM candidates

Senior Recruitment Consultant- Staffing agency- GTM Recruitment- Austin

After building our US presence over the last 5 years, initially from the UK, we then launched in NYC in 2024. We opened our second office in Austin in January, and we are looking to grow again! This role will be mostly candidate- and delivery-focused, but we are looking for someone with a commercial mindset who can generate leads and maximise relationships and accounts.
