3Search is seeking a Senior Candidate Focused Recruiter to drive GTM recruitment from its Austin office, blending candidate delivery with commercial lead generation. The role focuses on building a strong candidate network and delivering exceptional processes while maximizing relationships with clients and candidates.

This hybrid role involves events, meet-ups and F2F interactions to expand our US presence. We value thought leadership, teamwork and a relentless passion for recruitment.

Senior Candidate Focused Recruiter- Staffing agency- GTM Recruitment- Austin

After building our US presence over the last 5 years, initially from the UK, we then launched in NYC in 2024. We opened our second office in Austin in January, and we are looking to grow again! This role will be mostly candidate- and delivery-focused, but we are looking for someone with a commercial mindset who can generate leads and maximise relationships and accounts.
