11 Investments seeks a Senior Recruitment Consultant to drive GTM recruitment in Austin. You will build a strong candidate network, manage end-to-end hiring processes, and nurture relationships with top clients, delivering results with a commercial mindset.

You will collaborate across the 11 Investments brands, enjoy hybrid working, wellbeing initiatives, and career growth as you lead negotiations and boost revenue in the US market.

Senior Recruitment Consultant- Staffing agency- GTM Recruitment- Austin

After building our US presence over the last 5 years, initially from the UK, we then launched in NYC in 2024. We opened our second office in Austin in January, and we are looking to grow again! This role will be mostly candidate- and delivery-focused, but we are looking for someone with a commercial mindset who can generate leads and maximise relationships and accounts.
