Job summary

11 Investments is expanding, with 3Search and GTM Recruitment in Austin driving growth. The Senior Candidate Focused Recruiter role centers on candidate delivery, revenue targets, and building lasting relationships with clients and talent in the GTM space.

You will lead candidate processes, nurture networks, and participate in events to expand activity and results. A commercial mindset and thought leadership will help maximise account relationships and revenue across the network.

Job description

Senior Candidate Focused Recruiter- Staffing agency- GTM Recruitment- Austin

After building our US presence over the last 5 years, initially from the UK, we then launched in NYC in 2024. We opened our second office in Austin in January, and we are looking to grow again! This role will be mostly candidate- and delivery-focused, but we are looking for someone with a commercial mindset who can generate leads and maximise relationships and accounts.
