11 Investments is expanding its Austin office and seeks a Senior Candidate Focused Recruiter to drive delivery across GTM roles. The role blends candidate sourcing, process excellence, and client relationships with a commercial mindset to generate leads and maximize accounts.

You'll build networks, manage negotiations, and promote the 11 brand through events and strong partnerships, while supporting hybrid working and well-being initiatives.

Senior Candidate Focused Recruiter- Staffing agency- GTM Recruitment- Austin

After building our US presence over the last 5 years, initially from the UK, we then launched in NYC in 2024. We opened our second office in Austin in January, and we are looking to grow again! This role will be mostly candidate- and delivery-focused, but we are looking for someone with a commercial mindset who can generate leads and maximise relationships and accounts.
