Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision for site staff, including hiring, training, assignment, scheduling and evaluation.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and orderly program environment and report facility needs.
• Monitor program budgets and prepare required reports; maintain records of financial transactions.
• May assist in development of informational sheets, forms, and newsletters; establish relationships with community organizations and agencies.
• Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays; ensure compliance with licensing requirements for youth services.
