Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, schedule and direct athletic, cultural, social and recreational activities for varied age groups.
• Assist in planning and directing usage of park facilities.
• Oversee special events and coordinate with promoters and staff to ensure smooth execution.
• Supervise lower level staff and volunteers; manage staff assignments and performance.
• Prepare reports, evaluate programs and propose improvements.
