Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, legal studies, information management, or related field.
• Five+ years in records/information management, legal operations, or related function.
• Experience with virtual data rooms for complex transactions.
• Knowledge of contract lifecycle management and metadata practices.
• Strong organization, detail, and discretion with confidential data.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer contract repository and legal document systems.
• Set up metadata, taxonomy, naming conventions, and filing procedures.
• Fulfill records requests from executives, counsel, auditors, and lenders.
• Manage virtual data rooms for project finance, tax equity, M&A, and other transactions.
• Maintain corporate governance and entity records, minutes, and resolutions.
• Support records retention, preservation, and archiving policies.
• Assist with holds, audits, investigations, and legal requests under counsel.
