You will support the Recon Manager, drive production, monitor aging units, and coordinate with technicians, parts, and vendors to remove roadblocks.

Responsibilities

• Support the Recon Manager in overseeing daily reconditioning operations.
• Drive production to meet frontline commitments and inventory targets.
• Monitor aging units and ensure timely completion.
• Partner with technicians, parts, and vendors to remove roadblocks.
• Maintain high quality, cost control, and safety standards across all repairs.
• Validate recommended repairs and adherence to our Reconditioning Standards.
• Assist with scheduling, workflow management, and team accountability.
• Track performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
