Job summary

Carvana is seeking a Senior Reconditioning Lead to oversee multiple production lines within the Inspection & Reconditioning Center. You will plan production for full shifts, drive targets in production, cost, and quality in the absence of the General Manager, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

You will identify bottlenecks, conduct root cause analyses, and collaborate with leadership to implement corrective actions, while mentoring development plans for the Reconditioning team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing.
• Experience leading a team of 50+ associates and developing employees.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple reconditioning lines in the Inspection & Reconditioning Center, planning production for a full shift.
• Manage facilities to meet targets in production, cost, and quality when the General Manager is not onsite.
• Identify bottlenecks, perform root cause analysis, develop action plans, and execute with site leadership.
