Job summary

Carvana in California’s Rocklin area seeks an experienced Site Leader to oversee multiple reconditioning lines, plan production for full shifts, and ensure targets for production, cost, and quality are met when the General Manager is offsite.

You will drive bottleneck analysis, lead weekly performance reviews, guide daily huddles, support continuous improvement projects, and mentor a growing team while upholding Carvana’s safety and operational standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing.
• Experience leading a team of over 50 associates.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must read/write/speak English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple reconditioning lines within the IC, planning production for a full shift.
• Fully manage facilities to meet targets in production, cost, and quality when the GM is not onsite.
• Identify bottlenecks via root cause analysis and develop action plans; execute with site leadership.
• Conduct weekly site performance reviews with Senior Reconditioning leadership; report against targets and countermeasures.
• Lead daily site manager huddles to set tone and priorities.
• Support CI projects at home site and region; train process changes.
