Qualifications

• 8+ years of management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing.
• Experience leading a team of 50+ associates.
• Proven ability to solve urgent operational challenges through root cause analysis.
• Must be open to relocation nationwide or at least regionally (Northeast, Southeast, Midwest, West Coast).
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple reconditioning lines and plan production for a full shift.
• Manage facilities to hit targets in production, cost, and quality when leadership is offsite.
• Identify bottlenecks, perform root cause analysis, and implement action plans with site leadership.
• Lead weekly performance reviews and report on progress, challenges, and countermeasures.
• Guide daily site manager huddles and support development plans for leadership tiers.
• Contribute to Continuous Improvement initiatives at the home site and region.
