Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in reconciling accounts.
• Preferably 1+ year of experience in another department or team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 8–10 small-group training courses for the department each year.
• Maintain quality reconciliation and operational performance.
• Recommend and advise on system improvements.
• Participate in client visits and industry conferences.

Skills

Advanced understanding of end-to-end data flow

Strong analytical ability

Excellent attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
