Job summary

Clearwater Analytics seeks a Subject Matter Expert in Reconciliation to master reconciliation workflows and continuously expand expertise across tools and processes. You will identify improvements, collaborate with leadership and external contacts, and act as a trusted advisor to ensure client success.

The role covers the entire reconciliation process from data aggregation to enrichment and delivery. Responsibilities include training colleagues, ensuring SOC 1 compliance, and driving automation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in finance or accounting required.
• 2+ years of relevant experience reconciling accounts.
• Preferably 1+ year in another department or team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trainer within the department, sharing expertise.
• Ensure quality reconciliation and SOC 1 compliant operations.
• Advise on system improvements and monitor progress.
• Stay updated on system updates beneficial to reconcilers.
• Collaborate with product teams on tools and procedures.
• Perform back reconciliations and manage multiple markets.
