The role serves as a trusted advisor, educating teams and guiding complex tasks to ensure client success in a dynamic environment.

The incumbent collaborates with leadership and product teams, mentors automation efforts, and manages multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in finance or accounting.
• 2+ years of relevant experience reconciling accounts.
• Experience in another department or team is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trainer within the reconciliation department.
• Ensure quality reconciliation and SOC 1 compliance.
• Advise on system improvements and monitor progress on initiatives.
• Stay current with system updates and share findings with the team.
• Mentor others in automation initiatives and lead 1–2 annual projects.
• Deliver accurate, timely responses to project stakeholders.
