Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned professional to conduct in-depth data analysis of reconciliations, identify trends, and drive root cause analysis with actionable recommendations. You will lead reconciliation engagements across business lines, ensuring consistent practices and outcomes.

You will review and oversee testing and implementation of reconciliation software, conducting complex validations and sharing findings with senior leadership. Strong financial services experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5-7 years of total work experience; experience in financial services preferred.
• Strong ability to decipher complex root causes of reconciliation breaks and interpret detailed data analyses.

Responsibilities

• Complete in-depth data analysis of reconciliations, identify trends, perform complex root cause analysis, and execute on recommendations.
• Lead reconciliation engagements across business areas, ensuring consistent practices and outcomes.
• Review and oversee technical testing and implementation of reconciliation software; conduct complex testing and validate implementation code.
• Review, analyze, and present conclusions, recommendations, and updates to senior staff
